Cooling fan sensor?

I have a situation that my radiator cooling fan does not come on. I have checked the fan it self and it is ok, also the relay and fuseare ok. I am thinking there is a temperture sensor that is bad but I doen''t know where to find it. Can anyone guide me on this?
This is on a 94 SC2 with the duel overhead cam engine.
