I see. Thanks for all the help derf, looks like I need to stop at the gm dealer again. I was just there today getting a ects and connector. $25 for the coolant sensor and $38 for the connector.... It amazes me how the little piece of plastic and wire to hook up the sensor cost more than the sensor itself ha.

 

before you hook the silver pipe back up make sure to clean it out .run a piece of coat hanger thru it to remove the carbon buildup .
my 02 sc2 recently threw the same code and clearing the tube worked for me .
