Depending on the brand name, expect to pay anywhere from $50 to $350usd. Try eBAY for a selection of parts. Most will claim 4-12 hp increase (again depending on brand). My Saturns are daily-drivers, and while I don't need a snorkel, the streets in my area tend to flood a bit, so I keep my intake stock (and above the waterline).

Try www.saturnmotorsports.com I think they still stock them. The Injen short-ram worked well on my S-Cars.
