Default '99 SC1 Headlight Malfunction.

Hey again,

So my passenger side low beam quit working, bulb is good, fuse is good. Here's the kicker, when i pull the drivers side fuse out and leave the passenger in they both come on. Drivers first, then passenger. And they are very dim. I'm stumped, any ideas?

Are the high beams ok? If they are, that would eliminate a bad ground. Has the car ever been in a front end collision?

Sounds to me like your Daytime Running Lights relay (DRL) has gone bad on you. Not sure what a replacement relay costs, but it shouldn't be too much

DRL's and high beams both work(same bulb) The bumper does have a bit of damage, but i bought it like that. I played around with a test light this evening and even with the fuse pulled there was power to the light but no ground.
