After doing some diagnostics and studying this forum and a Chiltons I believe I need a cluster and possible a PRCM (seat belt control under console) to fix the speedometer and fuel gage on my Saturn.
The cluster must have the tachometer.

Check with your local U-pull-it yard for the instrument cluster, or maybe even eBay. The same suggestions apply to the control module you seek. The PRCM is about scarce as hen's teeth, and you might be reduced to repairing the one you have ... god luck

 

Was the PRCM only used with the automatic seat belts? What years had those?
