Headlights yellowed
derf, Not sure how they got yellowed? Just bought the car and parts seem to be hard to find for the Astra. A one year only import to US. Other than the headlights, this things is like new. Thanks again.

oops. You bought it used.
Apologies for dumbass question
Looks like you need
Part #13 (both L and R) on
LAMPS/FRONT
Part Numbers
GM Part # 93357457 LH
93357458 RH
You get more than just the lens for $300 each if you believe
HEADLAMP ASSY | Genuine GM | 93357457
____________
Many other parts houses have these for sale online.
________
Can't quite tell, but it appears the plastic front lens is removable, as there are various tabs around the edge, presumably for positioning in the headlamp opening on the vehicle. Meaning it is not encased. And I do not see a listing for a gasket or seal, which is strange.
Which is prob how crap got in there and sped up interior degradation.
Meaning you may be able to find a nice cheaper used pair and swap out just the plastic.
Also makes junkyards a viable option.
-----------
You may also need 2 mounting grommets 93171754. Not clear as some sites show it included, some show as a separate part.
Can you tell if the lenses you have look like they will come apart, and if there is at least a lower gasket?

Meaning you may be able to find a nice cheaper used pair and swap out just the plastic lens instead of the whole assembly for a lot less money if the rest of the assembly is damaged.

Seems like a highly unlikely possibility, but have you checked?
