Yea he went to jail. Bonded out by his parents. He has court at the end of August. Right now we have a peaceful protection order meaning we can talk and I can drop my daughter off but he can't yell at me of threaten me or anything or he violates and goes to jail. He can face up to 1 yr in jail but will probably get probation.

 

I shall still keep all comments to myself.

It's good to see you back Mandee! I've found that wherever we go, there's always someone who thinks about us and wonders. I know that from my own experience several years ago hitting rock bottom and wanting to end my pain.

But some whispered something to everyone that I knew in my family, to my classmates, and to my friends and it reduced me to tears. It motivated me to see no matter how bad it was for me, that my absence in the world would make someone else suffer needlessly, and I couldn't burden someone with that.

My girlfriend was in an emotional abusive relationship, and she found the strength to leave her husband even when everyone she turned to said that they needed physical proof of abuse to help her. She struck it out on her own and is still fighting for her cause and that of her children to get away from her monsters. I am right there with her offering her all the support I can.

We are your cheerleaders, Mandee (maybe not decked out in skirts). We all want to see everyone we know successful, safe, and happy. Hang in there and you will feel the sun shine down on you again soon!

 

Seriously, folks:

It's to Mandee's benefit that we do NOT post anything that could be twisted out of context by this boy's lawyer and make this more of a mess of it for her. So no more S&M jokes, etc please.
