Dang, talking about old dogs gets to the point quickly, I had to put my Sasha dog to sleep about 2 years ago and it broke my heart. Tara who is mostly brown is looking back on 14 and spends a lot of her time sleeping. But still is bouncy when looking for a cooky or being a smarty. I'd like to get another dog now while she is still alive, but Valerie is not keen on the idea as she is quite ill and is backing away from the responsibility of becoming accustomed to a new dog. As far as new jobs go, no one is looking for some one 72 and can not give references for the last 10 years as any place that had been worked for went down the toilet with the depression that hit. Oh Fudge. That is about as normal as it gets around my house!

My dog is the same way. Sleeps alllllll day, but wants to get up and play at 1,2,3 in the morning. and by play, I mean let her outside to do a lap and a half around the backyard, go potty, and beg for a cookie. She just turned 14.
you can greet people at helmart! seems exciting and luxorious to me!

Though it is not at all unnormal for older pets to sleep excessively, sometimes it's a thyroid issue. Might want to check with your vet next time you go.
