Looks great, derf! I'm sure Bren is very happy about that.

Thanks.

I keep the Satty at the end of the driveway and the Audi in the garage. People in the neighborhood seem quite confused that the same person could own both. And maintain / work on both.

Whatever.

What do you do with the Ford, or do you still have it?

Bren drives the 14 escape. It has the 2.0 ecoboost, the original 2.0, so the block doesn't crack and fill the cylinders with coolant like all of the 2017 to 2019. About 165k on that one.

Unfortunately that is the way neighborhoods are these days. Been that way in my neighborhood for 40 years. But I digress, awesome work!!! Your patience really shows with the results

I'm too clumsy with a buffer and would put huge swirl marks in the clear coat so that's out.

One of my exterior care card secrets is to only wash it at most once a month. I put a heavy coat of wax on when I wax it. All the dirt is sitting on the wax, not the clear coat. Automated car washes although they clean your vehicle they also blast the wax off somewhat. Yes, my cars are a little dirtier, but when they're clean, they look like that. Hell, my 30-year-old Saturn still has some of the body panels, the plastic ones, that you can see your reflection in. Wax it when the rain doesn't bead up. It's not that much work. Thank you for the compliments

That Audi brilliant black shows every missed buffed spot. It is insanely frustrating but eventually I get them all.
