well do they make any turbocharger or supercharger for the 1.9L engine ?

Every Turbocharched saturn i come across seems custom built for that purpose. maybe the ecotech idea is expensive but afterall, custom made modification are also pretty pricey

This link has nothing to do with the ecotec but it''''s a saturn TDI project, That''''s right, a 95 sl2 with a volkswagen diesel engine, every single thing is custom build but it worth a look

The ecotech is a doodle compared to this.
-1000 for engine gearbox wires ECU alternator, a/c
-around 800 for new parts
-10-12 hours of labour

Post pics and/or links to this Ecotec powered SC2. The TDI one has been seen everywhere.

Anything could be done with enough time, money and skill. But how many turbo DOHC''''s do you see and how many turbo SOHC''''s?

Lots of people have turboed their DOHCs. Lots of people have done a SOHC to DOHC swaps then turbod the DOHC. Nobody turbos a SOHC. Plus its not like you can bolt up a turbo and go from there. The engine has to be built to accept the power. So if you''''re going that far, just start with a DOHC. The cost of swapping from a SOHC to a DOHC is insignificant compared to the cost of building up a turbo system.Edited by: Low Saturn

Your bolt-up turbo is at Squires Turbo Systems
The after-charger is a novel concept, and you should not have to pour a ton of cash into your block to handle 5 to 7 psi.
