Where is the BCM located?

The bcm is attached to the top of the glove box. You will need to remove the glove box door then take all the screws out of the plastic liner to access the bcm.

I’m going to try replacing the bcm this weekend if that doesn’t solve it then I don’t know

I can’t get my hands on a bcm due to financial status anything else I can try before I give up

Go ahead and access your BCM, if you can. Try just unplugging the connector and plugging it back in about a half dozen times. Make sure you have the ground cable disconnected from the battery. The plugging and unplugging will help "sweep" the contacts in the plug and on the BCM and may actually help. This will clean them somewhat and if a dirty connection is the problem, this should help. All that will cost you is a little time.

Tried that and no change. I just spent a little time testing the crank position sensor and my multimeter was reading .25 with it set on 20V
