Default Had my 95 SC2 for a while...

And I've really been interested in tuning for a while. I never really had a lot of resources, and I never had anyone teach me about cars, so I'm 20 now, and just learning (which I feel kind of bad about)

But anyways I drive a 95 SC2. It's my daily, but I still want to tune it up a bit. My brother in law has been teaching me some stuff, so all I've done is simple stuff, like switch out the intake for a sport one and just throw on a tip. But I haven't done any engine work or change the ECU (just because I really don't know how yet)

I'm hoping I can find help and inspiration on this forum, because I feel like people (punk kids) here in San Diego think that Saturns are ****, but I know they're not, and I would love to punk out some kid whose dad bought them a little honda, and all they did was slap stickers on it.

I know its going to be hard work, and I know it's going to require a bit of money, but **** it, I'm young, I have a semi-decent job for being a college student, and I think cars are interesting as hell.

So yeah, hello.

welcome

unfortunately you will find performance parts mighty thin for S cars. aftermarket support was never really there. You can turbo it up but it is a custom venture and not inexpensive. Nitrous is also an option.

There are no tunes for S car PCMs so don't waste your money.
Any performance chip you see is a scam.

Welcome, and as derf said. Not much you can do or buy for a S-car. No tune from HP or Trifeca. The biggest thing no chip sold does anything to any Saturn. The S car is a good car to make handle and have fun getting good gas mileage.

Hello and welcome to the Saturn Forum. Looking for a Saturn tuner car...........you'd want a 2005 or newer ION. 2006-2007 ION 3 with a 2.4L 175hp ecotec would be the best bet.
