I need to replace the radiator of a 1996 Saturn twin-cam. The A.T. fluid lines appear impossible to remove at the radiator. Would apreciate advice. Also on replacing those lines at the tranny as I'm pretty sure that they will break due to the extreme rust.
Also hints for buying new Saturn parts cheap.
Thanks.

First add WD-40 a few times or many times a day before your ready to start the job, Buy yourself the proper size FlareNutWrench in hopes that you do not round off the trans line nut. Take it easy move it back and forth.Edited by: sw2cam

you can also disconnect the tranny fluid lines from the trans, iirc, they are plastic clips, and once you get them undone, you can remove the radiator and have alittle more room and leverage to remove the tranny lines from the radiator without mangaling them
