just put a new arm on my wiper motor and when i start it up the wipers go down and then start up the window again.then they stop in the middle.i can't get them adjusted because when i start then up they go back down the window first before they go up................need some answers please........

 

Well, first thing I would do, is to disconnect the wiper arm. Then I'd cycle the wiper switch on and off, to make sure the wiper motor had advanced to the "at rest" position. Then, I'd reconnect the wiper arm, making sure my wipers were positioned in the "at rest" position. Now, I'd run my test, and do the fine tuning/adjustment of the wiper sweep.
