You check the fan motor by direct wiring it and if it's okay, then there are other things that need checking. Check that first and get back to us. After tomorrow, I'll be gone for a week, so I won't be any help at all. Not that I'm all that much help anyway.

 

I'd guess any and maybe all 1995 cars can now be a nightmare from time to time.
