O2 sensor

I have a 2002 sl2 and was wondering at what mileage the O2 sensor is to be changed. Also, is the fuel filter near the back, by the fuel tank? I did not see it under the hood.

The 02 sensor really doesnt have a time when it needs to be replaced. When you get a CEL for a bad o2 then you replace it.
