can you get to the bulbs on a 2002 sc2 just by removing the top dash pad?

i'll up your dunno to a "pretty sure". Removing top allows access to the inst panel.

Be sure to replace them all while you're in there as the jostling of the older ones that still work will likely hasten their death and you don't wanna have to do the job twice

 

i seen a video on utube that looked like you could just by removing the dashpad. but in the video he was removing the entire cluster.

both sides of the speedo should light up brightly i assume??like the tach does
