i have a 2002 sc2 and i want to replace the iac control .(erratic idle)question is ,
if i take the throttle body off to do this is there a gasket i need to buy at the throttle body?
you can get at the 1 bolt for the iac but the bottom one is hard to get to so i figure i just remove the throttle body and clean the whole thing up while i am at it .

 

Been a long time .......... early ones had a gasket. Not sure later ones may have used a preformed seal. Either way....it's not metal to metal.
