My horn quit working on my 2008 Saturn outlook. I tested the fuse and relay in the fuse box under the hood and they both tested good. I also sent power from the relay to the horn and the horn worked. So somewhere from the steering wheel to the fuse I’ve lost power. What else can I try? Is there another fuse somewhere else that I’m missing?

 

Do all the other buttons on the steering wheel work? My car has cruise control buttons on the wheel. Is the air bag light working properly, it should run a self test every time you start the car? The horn is probably a body control module function after it passes from the wheel to the column.
