The Passanger side of the three bulbs in the rear window brake light fixture is burned out and needs replacement. Looking at the cover, I see no screws, clips or any means to access the bulbs.
How does one replace these bulbs?

This is on a 2002 Saturn SC2

 

if i remember correctly the cover snaps in and out of place
