air conditioning

Are you describing a restricted airflow problem or the lack of cooling? If there's a restriction there may be a linkage problem that controls the blend door that mixes hot and cold air or the door that allows outside air to the floor, face, window defrost, etc.. That blend door is the one control **** that adjusts for recirculation, face, ventilation, floor, etc.. The other **** is for adjusting the temperature from cold to hot. Unless you have auto climate control the HVAC system is manually controlled through linkages that sometimes bind.
A lack of cooling would be from a possible leak that may just have occurred. Have you tried just running the ventilation and adjusting the blower speed to listen for airflow changes at each fan speed from low to high? If the blower is operating correctly then try adjusting the mode **** from defrost to face vent to face and floor then to floor and observe for airflow direction whether re-directing the airflow is working correctly. Now try adjusting the temperature **** from cold to hot and feeling if the control works properly. Last is to turn on the a/c to feel for cooling.
