my 99 will not start very intermittently. It has full power. when i turn the key, all of the lights stay on and the car acts like it would when you start it, but no crank at all. i thought maybe it was the cluth pedal sensor so i replaced it and nothing. i have no clue, i need help please

 

The starter is probably going bad. Is it the original? Make sure all of your battery/cable connections are clean and tight. You can tap on the starter when it acts up to confirm this diagnosis.
