Transmission Swap
Most parts can come from any year, any model S-Series. But the PCM needs to be out of a manual equipped 1994 DOHC with similar options (A/C, cruise control, ABS). You will also need a 1992-1997 MP3 transmission from a DOHC equipped car (SL2, SC2 or SW2). And a 1991-1994 shift boot. Other than that, all other parts are not model or year specific.
