Anyway, I didn't imagine anyone would be interested in my Saturn history, but in the interests of propriety, here's the story: Bought a new gold 1996 SL1 for a family daily driver. Two key features: plastic panels (like my Fiero) & my neighbour - the dealer service manager.


The SL1 was bounced into oblivion on an icy highway in Jan 2006; mashed front & rear; airbags deployed etc. My neighbour bought it for the dealer to transplant the drivetrain into another customer's car.


A new blue 2006 Ion was the replacement; it's now my second son's daily driver. It's aged enough to require occasional repairs so I was hoping there was something online to avoid spending $200 for 3000 pages. Alldatadiy seems to be the alternative.


So that's it. Pretty dull eh?
