Default ZZP sourced LNF throw out bearing

So, I finally got in the last part I need to ready myself for the engine swap in my redline... It took a month to get here due to getting lost by USPS, but that's not the fault of the vendor... Anyway, it come packaged in a new box marked Genuine GM and was neatly wrapped in plastic as well as paper... ZZP also included loads of decals and badges(literally every variation they have I think) due to my wait time...

some of you might be wondering, why I ordered an LNF throw out bearing when my redline has an LSJ...

They're nearly the same part, but the one made for LSJ cars tend to bleed off pressure on upshifts(usually when you're flogging the car), and GM fixed this issue starting in 2008 for the LNF powered Cobalt SS...

And since the Cobalt and the Redline use the same transmission, it's an easy upgrade, and I needed a throw out bearing anyway...

Will the new LUK clutch kit have the improved bearing? There will be no flogging on this car though!

Well, I didn't get the LUK clutch kit... Your L200 has the F23 trans, I'm pretty sure it uses a different TOB, so I don't think this part is applicable there...

My engine came with an ACT clutch, PP, flywheel

Figured I'd update this... The TOB was a major pain to bleed but it works... Sadly, the noise I heard in neutral with clutch out isn't my TOB...
