Default 2005 Saturn Ion Oil Burner

Hello. New member here. My 2005 Saturn Ion 2.2L is burning oil. I have been told that my vehicle might need a new PCV valve. Does this car even have one? I can't find any listed for sale online.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The 2.2L Ecotec engine has no PCV valve. There is a baffle in the valve cover that is supposed to minimize liquid oil being drawn through the hose that runs from the valve cover to the intake manifold, so the main purpose of the crankcase ventilation system is to draw vapors from the valve cover area and prevent pressure buildup in the entire crankcase system. If your engine is burning oil, I would suspect rings or valve guides.
