Default Replacing Air Bags

Just completed the full recovery of my Saturn Vue from a front end collision, which caused light fender damage, light hood damage, but launched the air bags. As the repair is complete, I am having a tough time getting the car to respond with the replacement air bags. The question, is there something required when replacing the air bags; system reset, system scan, computer update, etc.

Did you install new sensors for them? IDK, just asking. I would think there would have to be some type of reset to a computer somehow, but don't have a clue as to which one.

You may want to do an internet search on this, but I know of no programming that takes place other than maybe having the light turned off with a TECH II.

Stop in the new member area and give yourself a proper introduction. We like to know a little about who we talk to.

Also go to the USER CP top left of the page open signature and add first name, location, and car info.
