Default P0848 Fluid Pressure Sensor code

Where is the Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor (TFPS) located on a 2004 VUE, with the Honda 3.2 Ltr and Honda 5 Speed (MDRA model) transmission?

Thank you in advance,
Regards,
Eric

The Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch(TFPS) is usually found attached to the side of the valve body inside the transmission, although sometimes it may be found screwed into the side of the transmission case/body itself. You may want to check with a HONDA dealership and see if that part is available. And I'm pretty sure that you have a 3.5 engine. AFAIK, they didn't make a 3.2. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I've never worked on a Vue before.

Yes 3.5 is correct. I did go to Honda yesterday and they found that the Odyssey (SP?) has the same engine and trans. They will get both the 2nd and 3rd TFPS-s and they had a diagram of where the parts go. I think I have a winner. Thanks for the note,
Best wishes,
Eric
