Hi everyone. I sure hope I can get an answer here.

I have this sound that just started over night. I changed both hub bearings (yesterday) and also had a full tranny recently (3 months ago). I am lost as to what it could be. It's sounds like grinding and also a smell of burning plastic/rubber when I get out. Not sure if that related or not.

If anyone can shed some like I would be very grateful. I'm not afraid to tackle the problem but before I start dropping more money on parts I would like an idea what I should be looking for.

It honestly just started making the noise out of the blue. Any ideas would be so great.

It’s probably your intermediate shaft bearing. It mounted to the block inside an aluminum support bracket. It’s no longer made but you can order the bearing direct from ***. Part number 539860 R20-28
