My passenger side Sun visor will completely fall out If you unclip it to swing it to cover the passenger window. I had this problem in an old Honda acura and my brother at the time had fixed it but I do not know how. He had mentioned something about a washer or screw up inside after he had disassembled things. However I do not want to simply disassemble things and explore for fear of completely making things worse. Wondering if anyone has any ideas how this can be fixed?

Many of those folks have factory service manuals and can give you the right answer the first time.

 

Have you tried simply tightening the screws where the visor pivots? That's the place I'd start.
