08 saturn vue. Im wondering how to fix under torqued cradle-to-control-arm fastener

 

How do you know it is undertorqued?
Some metric sockets .Deep for the boli .Two half in ratchets and some sweat should do it.

And by all means use a torque wrench if you can get one on it.

For crazy high torque I will sometimes cheat w my impact gun, set relatively low mid, especially if i know I can't get a torque wrench on it
