2008 Vue XR-Fog light don't work
The fog lights in my 08 Vue XR do not work. When I push the button the dash light comes on stating they are on. I checked the bulbs and they are fine. The fuse looks good (did not test). I think i remember seeing that there is a relay behind the bumper, but I don't know if that is true or where it is located. Any help would be greatly apprectiated.

Per the diagram,
1st
I would check fuse 21 under the hood first. Remove the fuse before testing. Check the fuse sockets for corrosion.
You can check fuse 23, but being a PCM fuse, I expect other things to be connected that are not shown in this diagram. Although, it does seem to be after the wiring for other things splits off and is the only fuse in the relay branch. So check them both.
2nd
The fog lamps share a common ground down by the fog lights. You should see two black wires leaving the bulb sockets, coming together, then apparently a single connection to ground. If that ground connection gets interrupted, you no longer have a complete circuit and no current goes to the lights.
3rd
It looks like the BCM controls the grounding of the fog lamp relay which gets its 5 volt power from the PCM. I'm assuming the position of the fog light switch tells the BCM when to close the internal ground to close the relay circuit, thus letting the current for the fog lights pass to the fog lights. If the relay fails and does not close, the current to the fog lights does not get through.
Also possibly a wiring problem other than the ground.
