Default 07 Saturn vue 2.2l fwd right front tire skips when turning right

My 07 Saturn vue 2.2l fwd has a little more body roll than I like when turning and when I turn right at a little higher speed the right front tire skips a little bit. Both wheels are tight when i lift the front of the car and shake the wheels up and down or side to side. Also when i run my hand across the edge of the tread of the tires my fingers catch on every tread. When i push down on the fenders above the wheels the car rocks a little but not excessively. I just changed my front wheel bearings cause they were very loud. What do y'all think, struts and stocks or ball joint something else? I'm not quite sure. Thanks guys

Mileage on vehicle?
Mileage on tire currently on right front?
Mileage on rest of tires?
Or equivalent wear info.
Alignment after wheel bearing work?
Date of last alignment?
Mileage on struts?

It was my suspension. The springs were worn out. When I'd throttle through turns my tires would skip a little. I changed all my front and rear suspension. I was at 160000 miles, so it was due. Now it rides like a dream...
