Do I have a cam position sensor on my 1998 SC2? I have a code that says cam position sensor but I can't find it. Can this be something else?

S-series cars don't have cam position sensors, only crank position sensors. It would help to post the code(s) along with any maintenance done recently to give a better description of your problems, if any.

All --

Please note that the original ? was about the CAM shaft position sensor, not the CRANKSHAFT position sensor.

Ducky's answer is the correct one -- S cars do not have a camshaft position sensor. This code on an S car usually indicates an ignition related issue (misfire, bad plug wire, etc).

Please post the actual code and we'll help with the diagnosis.
