I have a 2001 saturn sc1 with almost 400,000 kms on it, all the sudden last night my low coolant light came on so I parked it and checked and my rad had cracked, I need my car for work so I need to fix it asap and I want to know if any other vehicles have a rad that would work for my saturn from a scrap yard or if I have to find one from a saturn or buy one from a parts store for super expensive

 

call a junkyard. They can tell you what crosses with what.

If you want your car to be dependable, spend the 50 to 75 bucks and get a new one. And change your coolant while you're at it. Well what's left of it.

Let me guess, it cracked near the radiator support on the driver side?
Much easier to have someone holding the top while you try to get it into the supports. Otherwise you are waving it around and will beat up the fins. You will see what I mean when you take out the old one
