Hello, I have a 1996 saturn sc2 with a manual transmission. Yesterday I lost all gears except 1st and I could only shift between 1st and second but never catch second gear. I looked tonight and I'm missing the c clip that holds the cable to the mount on the back of the transmission. I have tried advance auto, auto zone and napa, along with ebay and google. I haven't had any luck finding one. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to find one. Thank you in advance for any help you guys can provide.

 

None of those places have a packet of various sized C-clips? We used to carry them at both the Zone and Advance when I worked for them back in the 90's. And even if we didn't have the packs, we had a metal cabinet setup behind the counter with drawers full of different sized ones. I guess they didn't sell enough to keep them around?
