Default Staying running?

Hello, have a SL1 car that parked running fine yesterday and then this morning it will start and rev up, but the dies instantly everytime. Any ideas would be welcome, Thanks

If it is 1999 or up, possibly security system. What is the security light doing when you are cranking the car? On, off, flashing? Does it die no matter what you do to try to keep it running?

Yeah it just starts up and dies as quickly as it started. try pumping it or pushing the pedal all the way to the floor and it doesnt make a difference.
Not sure about security as this car is a plain as they come with no options at all.

Such a basic yet crucial piece of information. Has nothing to do with options has to do with design. Design has to do with year of manufacture. Babble babble babble. I really wish the OP would respond.

It's the Year of the cat. That's what Al Stewart said
