Default Remote Trunk Release

My trunk release on my remote is not working, The trunk release on the drivers side floor works as well as the key also works in opening the trunk. It's just remote trunk release is not working, I replaced the battery on the remote - nothing. I also tried my spare remote - that didn't work. I hear it chirp and the lights flash so it's not a fuse. Please get back to me on this.

if both remotes I'd suspect a reprogramming is in your future.

Please include the model and year of your car

add it in your signature in the user control panel.

Check the switch in the trunk on the lid. Look you'll find it.

The make and Model is Saturn SL2, 2001. It's not the switch - it's in the on position.
