Name of door part

Today on my 97 SL2, the part on the door that stops the door from opening all the way broke off. I can't for the life of me come up with the proper name for it so I can search for a replacement. Please Help!!

The piece you refer to is the "door stop strut"

I think GM calls it a "door check"
