Default motor mounts? cv? slave cylinder?

hi havent been on for a while.

i changed the upper motormount about two weeks ago (thanksgiving day). i took a longish road trip, and the car felt awesome. i experienced both warm and really cold weather, but the car acted fine the whole time.

when I got back from my trip, the car sat for a day, i changed the mount under the transmission, then finally drove it to work the following day.

NOW everytime the weather is colder, it clunks while shifting or accelerating for the first 20 minutes or so of driving. for the past two days, the weather was warmer in ohio, and i had no such sound until today again when the weather dropped.

what in the heck is up with this?

also, can the door post trim be purchased anywhere?

thanks for any and all help!

First rule, when a new problem pops up right after maintenance, go back over that maintenance.

Ditto what Keith said. If it wasn't doing it before, then maybe you were sold a defective or incorrect mount. Or maybe didn't install it properly.

i swapped the old mount back in. no clunk while driving in any weather, but when i had the vehicle lifted, slowly turning the driver wheel with the passenger wheel locked, and car in gear, There is still a clunk sounding like it is coming from what would be the "bell housing".
