Default Motor fan Saturn Sl2 1997 automatic transmission

In my car someone did something wrong with ventilation system and maybe air condition system. Can you tell me Is it one fan for motor an A/C or two for each. Maybe you can give me graphic schemes for these systems. If there is one fan it's two-speed?
My problem - engine is turning off during starting the movement when motor fan starts working. It's working on high speed and the power is not enough. I need to know the original scheme of ventilation system. Thank you. I hope you can help me.
Excuse my English, I/m from Russia)).

I'll try to answer --

The fan motor that cools the radiator (under the hood/bonnet) is a single speed motor, and it will be started by high coolant temperature, or by starting the A/C
