However, no one has ever cracked the PCM on the Saturn S series, so you cannot flash the stock PCM with a tune like you can with some of the Ions.

No problem. We tried to save people money and time.
You need to go stand alone controller on that to my knowledge on an s car. Just like with adding a turbo to that vehicle. Stand alone controller.
