I've changed the keyfob on my wife's 1996 SL1 sedan, and now the horn doesn't "chirp" when you lock it. Is there a programming sequence to turn it back on? Any other programming features?

Did you change/replace the entire keyfob or just the battery?

Replacing the keyfob altogether requires you to synchronize the new keyfob to your car's remote system and it's either covered in your owner's manual or requires you bring it to Saturn for synching. If you are able to use some of the keyfob functions then it may be just a matter of re-synching this keyfob again and its covered in your owner's manual.

I changed the keyfob, synched it with the car, everything works but the chirp. The book says the chirp can be turned off or on, but says to see the dealer. I'm sure someone knows how it's done.

Ok, then go to http://saturnfans.comand use the search function, there's a wealth of information only a few clicks away and you'll find the answers there. Is been covered and asked numerous times.
