Default Help with Engine code 26

OK, so my cars SES light has been turning on after a few seconds of driving so I borrowed the Innova 3123 from a friend and checked the computer for codes. I looked it up and it's telling the that Code 26 is

Quad driver circuit
Throttle switch shorted

I have no clue what this means. The car seems to be running fine except for on start up it seems to hesitate a little but then the RPMs slowly climb to normal idle and after that it drives normal. Any how I've looked up as much as I can but these electrical diagrams confuse the hell out me. anyone able to help me out.

BTW it's a 94 SL2 5 speed

So I have found a flow chart that is some what helpful but I don't know what and ALDL is. Anyone here able to shed some light on what the ALDL is?

BTW, I am trying to follow the flow chart in the following link.

http://www.saturnwiki.net/index.php/...r_Output_Fault

Also there is a new symptom. Car is hard as hell to get started up. ESPECIALLY when it has not run in a few hours and its cold out.
