Default Help!!! Boost gone wrong.

My wife borrowed my 2002 SC1 5 speed manual today and killed the battery. She had a brainfart and reversed the pularity when she tried to boost it.

Now the car will not start even with a good battery. The starter will kick-in when the ignition is turned but the engine will not fire. Also wierdly enough the radio dosen't work now, but the interior lights do.

Where can I start to diagnose whats blown?

Any advice welcome....
