I need some help, i need to find out how many lbs of boost i can push before i absolutely have to get new internals. Also, if im pushing about 6 lbs with stock internals, would it be bad for the motor to go on a 2500 mile road trip?

I''m not sure what you are asking. What is "boost", why is it measured in pounds, and why are you trying to push it? Sorry for my ignorance...

 

^^boost has to do with a turbo. It means that he has a turbo kit installed

I honestly would not run more than 6psi on stock internals. You may be able to get away with 8, but thats pushing it for no reason.

As far as the road trip...you dont need boost the whole way on the road trip. It should be fairly easy to stay out of it
