Default Help!

Trying to find the correct front exhaust pipe on my 99SL2 DOHC.. My rear cat is still good. I have cut the rotted flex pipe off. So far I have ordered the Walker 52166:AND 53323, both wrong pipe! I live in NYS where the smog police have killed the back yard wrench.. ANY advice greatly appreciated..

Thanks,
John

Do you have a cat in your manifold? What does your emission sticker say? Is it federal or California emission?

Default Cat

Yes it has the manifold cat.. It’s a California emissions tag☹️ If I can get the correct downpipe, I can weld cat/rest of system onto it

What is the bolt to bolt measurement on the cat flange? Napa does not show a headpipe for a California emission car. They do list 5 pipes for 98-01 federal cars.
