found the oil consumption problem :/
well i found out why im burnin the gool ol' oil ..... went and changed my plugs and pulled the boot outta the far passenger side cyl and found about 2" of my oil 
... and visibly saw right where its coming from..... valve cover gasket ... 30 dollar fix right there ... doin that tomorrow / today along wit painting my valve cover to match my new intake
