Default Exhaust System

Hey everyone. Does anybody happen to know what the exhaust system piping dimension is.
I am looking to cut my system and relocate the exit point just behind the drivers side door.
Thanks.

Well, uhhh, gee ...

In your toolbox in your garage (work area), there should be a measuring caliper. It ought to give you the answer you're searching for.

For some reason 1 3/4 is in my mind, but it's been awhile.

So I cut and relocated the exhaust. It sounds pretty nice with the new can.
I have a couple of places that I have to watch out because the exhaust is very low to the ground. I only have about 3 inches of clearance.Exhaust System-wp_000392.jpg

The car is slowly coming together.

That soft hanger with the hole in it won't last long. If you plan on keeping it like that, you need to find someone to fabricate you some real hangers and weld them on.

It's gonna be hell on wheels, when he "high sides" on the nearest railroad crossing -- ouch!
