Default Coolant sensor

Is there one? WHere is it? My girlfriends car had some cooling issues. New thermostat and water pump fixed them. Now the coolant light is blinking. The temperature is normal, and its full of coolant. What gives?

It's a 1999 SL2.

If the coolant light is blinking, it means that there is a problem with the sensor (or the wiring) that monitors the amount of coolant in the makeup tank.

So,where is the sensor? The tank is full. I hate cars.

Sensor is near the bottom of the coolant reservoir. Since you've done prior work on the cooling system, I'll assume you know where that is. If you did a flush when you did your other work you may have crapped up the sensor.
